Do you buy houses that need a lot of repairs? Most of the houses we buy need repairs. We’re in the business of fixing and selling, or fixing and renting houses, so we don’t mind if repairs are needed.
Do you pay fair prices for properties? Many of the houses we purchase are below market value (we do this so we can resell it at a profit to another home owner). We look at each situation as unique and attempt to work with the homeowner to reach a mutually beneficial price point.
How do you determine the price to offer on my house? Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. We take many pieces of information into consideration and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.
Do you buy houses that do not need any repairs? If your house is move-in ready, or needs very little repairs, we buy those as well. In fact, we can usually pay more if the house is in good shape.
How long does it take to get an offer? Usually we can make an offer on the spot once we see the house. Typically we can schedule an appointment within 24 hours after contacting you to view the property.
How long does it take to sell my house and get the money? If you absolutely need to sell your house fast, we can close in as little as 3 days. Typically, we schedule the closing date for 2-3 weeks out however, or whenever is convenient for you. We can usually accommodate any closing schedule if need be.
Are there any fees if I sell my house to you? We NEVER charge fees when we buy houses. We pay all closing costs so you can walk away with the agreed-upon offer. We make our money by fixing and remarketing houses, not by charging fees.
If I request an offer from you, am I obligated to sell my house to you? There is absolutely zero obligation for you. Once you tell us about your property, we will contact you to schedule a viewing of the property, and hopefully make you an all-cash offer that’s fair for you and fair for us. It is 100% your decision on whether or not you’d like to sell your house to us. If you like the offer, that’s great. If not, we can shake hands and part as friends.

What if my house has tenants? Will you still buy it? We have bought many houses with tenants – some even without leases. We are interested in making you an offer to buy the house regardless. It’s not a problem.
How are you different from a real estate agent? Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone will buy them. The agent shows the property to prospective buyers, and then takes a percentage of the selling price. Currently the average time to sell a property in many markets is 6-12 months. We are not agents, we’re homebuyers. Since we’re actually buying the house from you, we can make a decision to buy your house quickly, and very often while we are onsite.
